The staff at Erie Anime Experience are proud to announce our third annual EAE. This year, EAE is taking place 10-12 September 2010 at Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. EAE III is set to be a unique weekend filled with anime and manga-related events, demonstrations of Japanese and Asian culture, and a game room covering 30+ years of video games, with space available for tabletop gamers.

EAE is also proud to announce this year’s guest lineup, including talented voice actors Kyle Hebert (DragonBall Z, Final Fantasy XIII), Richard Epcar (Robotech, Ghost in the Shell), and Ellyn Stern (Ghost in the Shell 2, Bleach), professional animator and Edinboro professor Brad Pattullo (24 Frames, 25 Ways to Die), and musical guest Gavin Goszka, of Midnight Syndicate. ABOUT EAE: Erie Anime Experience is an anime and Asian culture convention located in the Great Lakes region of Pennsylvania. Started in 2007 in Erie, Pennsylvania with an average attendance of 280 attendees a year, EAE is proud to offer a great anime and culture-based experience open to anime fans of all ages.

RICHARD EPCARRICHARD EPCAR is well known to Anime and game fans, starting with the original ‘Robotech’ series- in which he played ‘BEN DIXON’, ‘LUNK’, ‘GREL’, and now ‘CAPT. VINCE GRANT’, in the new original animated feature, ‘Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles’, which he also directed.
He is the voice of ‘BATOU’ in all things ‘Ghost in the Shell’ including ‘Ghost in the Shell 2-Innocence’, which he also adapted and directed into English.

As an International Supervisor for Universal Pictures and DreamWorks, Richards work has taken him all over the world supervising the foreign dubs and mixes of feature films such as: ‘Gladiator’, ‘Madagascar’, 'Galaxy Quest', ‘Chicken Run’, ‘El Dorado’ and the 20th Anniversary release of ‘E.T.’.
